LEARNING TOOLS
PURPOSE:
· Develop new take-away materials (Handouts and presentations)
· Update existing training material (Including informational layout, color and integration of client graphics)
· A recommended plan to integrate future tools in training:
-Manuals (User and facilitator guide, train the trainer)
-Job Aids (Posters, stickers, brochures)
KEY DELIVERABLES:
· Training materials that integrate interactivity during the learning process including:
-Presentations
-Supplemental documents and handouts
· Tools that increase knowledge retention and application of new skills post training such as:
-Tips & Tricks sheet
-Study guides
